Work Hours: Minimum forty (40) hours per week; occasional extended work hours
Work Schedule: Generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Work Location: Fresno, CA; occasional out-of-town travel
Salary Range: Based on Qualifications

The Position and Organization:
The Roman Catholic Diocese of Fresno (Diocese), Office of Human Resources, is recruiting for an experienced and accomplished Human Resources Manager to assist the Director of Human Resources administer/manage a full-service human resources operation, both in a centralized and decentralized organizational setting
This is a new position established in conjunction with the Diocese’s succession plan aimed at recruiting lower-level managers for possible promotion to future office/department head positions. In this instance, the Diocese is interested in hiring an individual with extensive human resources experience who could, within a period of six months to one year, transition to the Director’s position, either on an interim or regular basis.
