Known for their white habits, penchant for service, and intellectual rigor, the Norbertines in Southern California have launched a digital Advent calendar that will engage Catholics around the world. This new calendar will include daily reflections, videos, music, commentaries, gifts; every day will bring a new way of engaging the faithful, and will help them prepare their hearts and minds for Christmas.

The digital Advent calendar follows the Norbertines’ other digital innovations, including the Abbot’s Circle and the web television series City of Saints.

“We hope [the calendar] will help everyday Catholics prepare their hearts and minds for Christmas,” said Fr. Charbel Grbavac. “Our order was founded by St. Norbert, a Catholic reformer who sought to renew the Church in difficult times and to preach to the faithful, and we have been working recently to use digital media as a new way to fulfill his mission and engage the faithful and renew the Church.”
