Develop, oversee, and coordinate the implementation of all FRC services and activities focusing on health, early literacy, such as, but not limited to:

• The building blocks of school readiness
• The value of early screening and assessment
• The importance of health as well as how to access health care
• The importance of immunizations, baby well-checks, and oral health checks
• Preventive and early health care practices
• Developmentally appropriate, child-focused activities for their children and family members
• 6 Early Childhood Developmental Assets
• New Parent Kit
• Pediatrician Packet
• Follow up to SEEDS program activities provided at FRC
• Referral and recruitment to the nearest FRC where they can access more information and participate in family learning activities
• Referral to 211 to access services other than early childhood
