Bans most abortions after 20 weeks; President Trump will sign bill if it passes the Senate

The U.S. House voted 237 to 189 today to ban most abortions after 20 weeks, when the pre-born baby can feel pain. The United States is one of seven countries with no federal limits on late-term abortion. Abortion throughout all nine months of pregnancy for any reason is legal in many parts of the country.
