Gov. Jerry Brown has signed into law a bill that reduces the crime from a felony to a misdemeanor

Jerry Brown has signed into law a bill — authored by two openly homosexual legislators — that reduces the crime of a person knowingly infecting another person with HIV from a felony to a misdemeanor.
